About Me
My Background:
My Skills and Experience:
Career Goals:
I am a senior at Salisbury University pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and English with a linguistics track. My academic background has helped me develop an understanding of human behavior, communication, and the ways people learn and interact. I plan to pursue a Master of Social Work (MSW) and work toward becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
Through my coursework, psychological research experience, and professional experiences, I have developed skills in critical thinking, research, written and interpersonal communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. My experience studying emerging adulthood has strengthened my understanding of human development, while my participation in the Cultural Fellowship Program has helped me develop cultural awareness, collaboration, and leadership skills. Working as a Sales Advisor at H&M has also strengthened my adaptability, customer service, and communication skills.
My goal is to attend graduate school to earn a Master of Social Work (MSW) and eventually become a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW). I am particularly interested in working with teenagers and young adults, helping them navigate mental health challenges, trauma, and difficult life experiences. I hope to continue gaining experience in psychology, research, and mental health as I prepare for a career in social work.
